However, you have to avoid diet to lose weight that is instant, because it is usually very unhealthy. To get all the nutrients needed by the human body, you should eat a balanced diet including milk, wheat, protein, fruits and vegetables, and also fat. By doing this, you will have a healthy heart, a healthy brain, and a fully functioning immune system. Eating a very varied diet will also help ensure you get all the vitamins, minerals, oils, and enzymes that your body wants.
